Usually just cheese, meat, and some veggies here.

My dad claims he invented nachos, I will have to ask him for ideas.

We usually do cheese (of course) meat (either ground beef with taco seasoning, ground turkey with taco seasoning, or diced chicken), refried beans, sour cream, guacamole, lettuce, and salsa.

A local food truck serves sisig nachos. Another one serves nachos with kim chee and fried rice. I've seen others like brisket and horseradish, shredded buffalo chicken and blue cheese, and chili and onions. If you want more new toppings, just search the net for gourmet nachos.

Same here but add lots of sliced jalapeños and hot salsa.

I do this also, minus the salsa on them.

There's a restaurant here that makes pizza nachos- they take pizza dough (minus the yeast) and roll it reeeeeaaallly thin, cut it up and flash fry it. Then they top it with cheese, thin slices of italian sausage, pepperoni and loads of pepperocinis. They serve it with pizza sauce for dipping. It. Is. Awesome. Especially with a good dark beer.

I like sirloin tip or chicken breast, beans, a velveeta/rotel queso, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, sour cream, and guacamole.

Oh yeah... and chips.

I have this recipe for this "casserole" type thing with cheese, refried beans, and jalapenos. It's quite delicious.

A heavily spiced hamburger mixed with black beans, melted jack and cheddar cheese, jalapenos, lettuce, tomatoes with chips, sour cream and salsa on the side.

Then my second favorite are my homemade nachos. I prepare them in a very specific way. It's so fresh and yummy, you end up devoring the plate before you know what's happened.

I love any kind of Tex-Mex, Mexican-American food. One of my favorite restaurants is family owned and they serve the freshest, best tasting Mexican at really good prices. I once had a burrito at a little Taqueria inside of a Carneceria. I've been dying to try to replicate it for months now. It was sliced flank with fresh avocado, sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce and cheese. It was about the size of your forearm. The flavor was amazing!

Something tells me I should probably go eat. LOL

I guess I'm boring but maybe I haven't had GOOD nachos. I've only ever had cheese, jalapenos, and chili on my nachos.
