I love cheese, but cheddar is really not to my tastes. I suppose that I like it when cooking, in which case, I prefer sharp cheese because you have to use less of it.

The sharpest cheddar I can get my grubby little paws on. The sharper the chease, the less lactose it has which means it will make my tummy less bleh.

I like a lot of different cheeses. Cheddar (sharp!) is what I eat the most, but I also eat a lot of mozzarella and parmesan. Raw milk cheese is the best, but I'll take what I can get!

Sharp or extra sharp fo me, even my 3 year old will only eat sharp chddar which I think is weird because most little kids only like mild cheese.
