Which would you rather eat? Chinese food or Mexican food? I'd prefer Chinese on most days, but Mexican is good too.
Mexican food vs Chinese Food.

I like both. But I might get tired of Mexican food, if I eat it too frequently. On the other hand, I can have Chinese everyday and am still crazy about it, because there are so many different kinds of ethnic Chinese food to choose from.

I'm a fan of both, and my preference changes all the time.
12/28/2011
I want Italian too!
12/28/2011
I have chinese food more often, but I love spicy food.
12/28/2011
We rarely eat either, because most Chinese/Mexican restaurants are not vegetarian friendly (they cook with chicken fat, etc.). However, we know a few places that are. I'd say we eat the Chinese more often.
12/28/2011
I much prefer Mexican food over Chinese food. I could eat tacos all the time because you can make them so many different ways.

Chinese food definitely (I'm biased of course ), but most Chinese restaurants in the U.S. are too Americanized. To get amazing Chinese food, you have to go to authentic restaurants (look for ones with a majority of customers as Chinese, that is a usually a good indicator). Bay Area has the best Chinese restaurants I've been to in the U.S.

If it's REAL Mexican food? Ohhhh hellll yeahhhh.
12/28/2011
Mexican food usually makes me bloat, sick or gas and it almost never tastes good to me.
12/28/2011
I'd rather not eat either, but if I have to pick then its chinese

This is so true! Authentic Chinese tastes better and is healthier, but most Americans have a hard time with the consistencies of the food and the concept of eating things we usually don't (see: honeycomb tripe and chicken feet).

I prefer authentic Mexican, but it can be REALLY bland. The worst is Americanized authentic Mexican...too much corn flavored mush!

We love spicy food and eat mexican a lot.

When I order Mexican, I'll either have something that doesn't come with beans, or tell them to skip the beans completely.

This depends entirely on my mood, but I love both. I think I am more often in the mood for chinese though, since I love my veggies.
12/28/2011
I love both of them but can eat more mexican food than chinese. I worked at a high end chinese restaurant for too many years and burnt out.
12/28/2011
I love both! But there is this really awesome, family-owned authentic Mexican restaurant near my house that is amazing. It's a little hole in the wall, and everyone speaks spanish. The food is to die for and I would go there all the time if I had the money. It's fairly inexpensive, but I just don't have extra cash.
12/28/2011
Mexican food makes me really bloated/gassy/nauseous to the point that I have these really, REALLY sharp pains in my abdomen... and I don't much like that so, Chinese for me LOL
12/28/2011
Just got back from our favorite restaurant. Mexican. Nomnom.

I've never had actual Mexican food. I love (certain types of) Chinese food, though. The only "Mexican" food I've ever had is Taco Bell. But I do love me some Taco Bell.
12/28/2011
Throw in Spanish food and we have a deal. I rather Spanish then Mexican food.
12/28/2011
Chinese! The family that runs a restaurant near us is adorable and they actually make things authentic instead of Americanized Chinese food. We've known for about 6 years now, I think.
12/28/2011
Chinese, only had some earlier
12/28/2011
first of all, I see what you did there
Second, mexican. maybe I'm not a fan of rice, or the litany of odd sauces, or the odd flavor, but i've never really cared for chinese. it's growing on me and I like it a bit more than I used to, but i'm still not a fan.

I like both! But I think if I had to choose, I'd pick Chinese.

Good Chinese food always wins. However, bad Mexican beats bad Chinese any day.

if it's real Mexican or Chinese food, then I will want both. The Americanized version of both foods give me terrible gas and stomach pain, so I'm cautious when I consume both food types.
