A young dude (early 20's) at work is on this three weeks of meat meals (with salads and veggies), one week strict vegetarian diet deal. He takes in LIMITED carbs all the time. Snacks on NUTS and GRANOLA. He works out like a fiend, so he is always in shape anyway.
However, after about six months on this "diet" he says he swears he is "more potent" and "virile" at the end of the veggies only week, then the rest of the time.
Makes no sense I can think of...and actually counter intuitive, as he has had less protein that week.
Has anyone else compared their own "virility" between eating meat and eating vegetarian?
