I haven't looked at my paperwork, but I have had issues with depression that were medically diagnosed.

I have Bipolar I, ADD, OCPD, and Panic Disorder.
No one should diagnose themselves. What tends to happen is you pick a diagnoses and then when a doctor asks your symptoms you end up repeating the symptoms of said diagnoses rather than actual symptoms. This can lead to incorrect diagnoses, incorrect meds, and a hell of a lot of problems.

I have been diagnosed with depression, ADD, and Panic Attacks. I also have PTSD from the car accident that is slowly getting better.

My boyfriend has really bad social anxiety and depression. He was on medication for a while but didn't react well to the several we tried, so now he's decided to tough it on his own. I got lucky and only have general anxiety issues.

I have Bi Polar, Depression, PTSD, Panic Disorder, Blind Rage, and some others. I was diagnosed by a doctor.

I have depression (medically diagnosed), and I may also have social anxiety, though I've never been officially diagnosed so I won't say for certain.

I have several won't go into details mine were diagnosed by my doctors as well as by state doctors.

I get depressed a lot if my life is constant. I am very anti meds so I work out and eat lots of vitamin C fruits and berries. That usually works for me.

Professionally diagnosed dysthymia (Doc: "How long have you been depressed?" Me: "Since the womb...?"), anxiety (I won't even start on this one), and social agoraphobia (which I've been trying to overcome and many think I don't have it due to that). I've never experienced "normal", but I guess I'm more interesting this way ... I've got stories and observations that the well-adjusted would never have.

Been diagnosed with depression and anxiety but I sort of self diagnosed myself with social anxiety based on the fact I tend to have really bad panic attacks if we're out in public too long.

It all sort of comes and goes though, depending on how things are going in the house.
