As a child did you ever taken any lessons on how to play any instruments? Do you still know how to play them?
Which instruments did you learn as a child?

I learned how to play the clarinet as a child. I still know how to play it a bit but I'm not as good as I used to be because I'm out of practice. Replacing the reeds was too much of a pain for me to keep it up.

Yup. I picked up 4 and I still play 3 of them when I have the time. =]

I played the flute as a kid

No lessons, but I did learn quite a few.

I was forced to take piano lessons for two years when I was a kid, and I did not enjoy it one bit; I only remember the basics now.

I took a handful of piano lessons, have no interest in playing today.

No. My both my parents worked before I would have to be to lessons and longer than lessons would have taken. Therefore, I never got to do anything. No sports in school. No band. No choir. Nothing.

I learned to play the clarinet and the recorder.

I took piano as a kid but we moved not long after. We had piano class at my new school, but I decided to pursue vocal music. Piano certainly helped me with sight reading and so on, and I can still plunk out my part and maybe the chords, but I can't play the piano well at all XD

Nope just sang in choir in hs.

I played percussion. Drums, Xylophone, etc... I still play but I have switched to playing Bass. My hubby has been playing guitar for like 20 years and we are in a band together

I didn't. I wish I knew how to play the banjo, fiddle or violin.

I took piano lessons when I was a child, but didn't continue. I don't know why. I think it was just a whim of my parents and then we moved. In junior high I learned the flute and played it up through high school, where I also learned piccolo. I can still play, but don't do it very often.

I learned the flute growing up. I still know how to play and I bring mine out sometimes to annoy my husband (he hates the sound of the flute).

I took lessons for the flute and guitar, but I have stopped playing and have forgotten how to play.

Yes, piano and guitar later (in my teens).

Never took lessons

I tried guitar, but never got very good.

I learned several instruments: piano, clarinet, trumpet, flute and saxophone. My husband taught me the basics of guitar but I never had enough time to practice.

I took flute and I was ok at it I guess. It's been a while since I played, but since I was learning for years I can still pick it up if I want to. Some of the high notes would be hard as well as some of the lowest, and reading music was always a little difficult, but I can play some basic stuff.

I played a recorder, but nothing else.

I wanted to play the drums in high school, but I couldn't. I took up singing and briefly guitar later on.

My dad was an assistant instructor for the local high school marching band and gave me trumpet lessons as a kid because he intended to groom me to eventually play the tuba like he did.
It did not work out.
I'm not built to play brass or wind instruments. Later on in life I discovered I much prefer playing string instruments, though I'm still no first chair musician.
