My mornings usually start like this:



Progresses to this when I realize it's actually time for me to get up and start the day (god, I love blackout curtains).

One day I woke up and at my door it looked like Christmas:

My guys were less impressed and suggested I should go through my stash and maybe give some away. This idea was met with:

Both guys were laughing too hard at my threats to do anything constructive and:

I just found this thread and am really LOL. Great work stringing them together into a story line! I have one sole picture that I think needs no explaination, see if you agree (certainly people relate to this from at least once during their life?)

As I log in and start reading the forums...

I realize that today is THURSDAY!

I have an excuse though,
My husband is in Georgia (I am home), my daughter and granddaughter just stayed a few days with me and BOTH my trucks decided to break down!!

I tried to mow the yard and our new riding mower decided to catch on fire... (flour works great to put it out)and I gave up and had a few beers.

Of course, this just made me

(True story, guys!! It was one of those days!!)

Bahahaha! I remember you posting that last picture and know it's your cat doing that with no training, just amazing! You story is amazing, too. Glad you are all right, what a day!

Yeah, busted!! He still uses my toilet!! I have to say it is a bit disconcerting to pee after a cat!! I am alive, both trucks....gonna die!! Already killed the lawn mower, lol!! Really dreading the phone call to hubby today..........

Well as long as you flush for the cat before using yourself (assuming he hasn't learned that trick, too!), it's no worse than using after a man has been there, hahaha! I jest!

Well...it went a bit better than I thought. He was a bit more freaked out about me getting almost blown up/engulfed in flames and being carless than I expected. I think I am getting a new (to me)car out of the deal, hehehehe!!

He did gloat over the fact that I grabbed the flour out of my truck--where he put it just in case......

How about a different animal every week? This was fun and got my angst and woe out creatively. (OH---found out my transmission has never been bolted in the mounts.....nice, huh???)

So it started something like this:

need moar sleep

...and then I realized it was garbage day and I had one hour to get everything out...and had to clean up after my mother's boyfriend to boot, so it started to look a little like this when I went to clean up under his computer chair:

Once all that was done, I had to make breakfast and get my mom up to take her meds like I do every single morning (she's pretty much the human version of grumpy cat when I go to wake her up) and I felt a bit like this extremely popular picture here:

And then there was fresh coffee and blueberry pancakes and everything was suddenly better, a little like this:
