It's the return of Standard time - extra hour of sleep (or fun) tonight!

Contributor: Rossie Rossie
It's time to set your watches and clock radios back one hour before you sleep tonight (except for EFers living in Hawaii, most of Arizona and some U.S. territories that do not observe daylight-saving time), we're officially returning to Standard time at 2 a.m. Sunday. What are you going to do with that extra hour?

While I would like to have that extra hour of sleep, odds are my five month old will have something different to say about that.

I went to sleep around 2, only to wake up with horrible stomach pains at 5am! Still awake....ugh....but I'm glad for the time change because I'm hoping I will feel more rested for work tomorrow. I am NOT an early morning person and this shift is killing me. I feel like I'm never energized.

Was going to sleep in but then my body reminded me that it doesn't care about the time change and it will be getting up at whatever time it wants... 5am
