We mostly grill steaks and veggies, and sometimes fish and chicken.

First, you take jalapenos and clean the seeds and core out of them. Then, you put cream cheese and a small sliver of chicken inside each pepper, and wrap the whole thing in bacon and toothpick the bacon to the pepper.


Grill them, and eat.


It's like the food lotto. Some of them are so savory and creamy, but some of them are insanely spicy with a bacon flavor, and the cream cheese polishes some of the spice out nicely. Always a gamble, but so very worth it.

We like doing ribs and two Mexican specialties; Pollo and Carne Asada. The Asada is a marinated meat preparation that makes for a tasty tender meat that is fast and easy to BBQ.

I love all of the above. Yum. Also, bananas in their skins opened on one side and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar. The sugar creates this nice sugary casing on the banana, and it is delicious.
