Watching needles going into skin bothers me too. Once they're there, I couldn't care less, I just hate seeing them going into skin. Also, anything touching eyeballs, or dental torture in films. I hate unjustified gore in general and torture in films in particular.

Blood triggers me really bad, as well as gore. And crawly bugs freak me out if there are a lot of them

Plastic surgeries on the face, especially nose jobs. Ouch!
