The question is simple enough who is your internet service provider. Are you pleased with the service, or do you have horror stories about your service.
My Provider is Comcast. I've been pleased however last week I was very displeased with them. The bill was paid however, on Tuesday it was wrongfully cut off (phone, cable and internet) and had to go to the local service center to get the mix up fixed. Ok, stuff happens, however on Friday they did it again, they wrongfully cut off our service again! I couldn't leave the house so I called and as soon as the machine asks for your account number it keep asking for payment without letting you connect to a human to explain that they screwed up. I ended up paying the wrongful bill and then going Saturday to the local office waiting in line for hours to explain the situation again and make sure my bill was credited and they would drop the restoration fee they were trying to charge me. Grrr...
