Have u ever just stayed indoors ALL day...Windows and doors closed. U don't know how outside feel or smell because u been in all day!

That's what i did today, i think i need to do that more often. Well when i can. lol

i've done that a few times, but i prefer to have the blinds open b/c i like natural light.

When I first moved, I stayed inside for over three weeks. Now I still spend 3 or 4 days a week inside.

Ugh, I do this way more often than I'd like to. I'm indoors most of the day every day right now, and it's a really awful feeling. It exacerbates the depression I'm already dealing with. I do usually keep the blinds open, though. But if I get up late by accident, I barely get any sunlight, so the blinds being open doesn't help. Man, I can't wait to get a new job and have a reason to get up again.
