Lipo or top surgery.
If a very good plastic surgeon offered you ANY surgery offered (only one) TOTALLY FREE....WOULD you take them up on the offer? What would you have "done", if anything?

tummy work.

I'm hardly perfect, or handsome, but I don't care about my looks, so I wouldn't want it. Though if there was an offer to fix a tooth I banged ...

At this point, I'd take breast reduction and lift.
01/09/2012
I would go for a breast reduction.
01/09/2012
maybe

Maybe some "light lipo" LOL. But I would most definitely have the surgeon do something about the scars on my face from being attacked by a dog when I was a kid.
01/09/2012
Boob lift
01/09/2012
I would get an eyelid lift, electrolysis and something done about this double chin. Maybe even cheek implants!

Lipo on the gut. I suffered from an eating disorder for years, and so every bit of fat clustered on my lower abdomen. When I started eating normally, it ballooned, and then I moved into binging, so it got even bigger. Even now that I'm working with professionals experienced in treating eating disorders, it still bothers me so much that sometimes I want to cut it off myself. To me, it's like a huge flashing sign that I have struggled with an eating disorder, because the body naturally packs fat around the uterus and ovaries of starving women.
Honestly, I think it would help me a lot to not constantly be lugging around this reminder.

Sure, I wouldn't mind having lipo after the Holidays, but surgery to fix my knees and shoulder would be better.

My wife would love a breast reduction surgery - but for me, I'll pass. At my age I'm OK with my flaws.

I'd go with either laser hair removal or some lipo... wouldn't mind losing some inches in the waist or thighs.

I would have my lazy eye fixed, it's been like that since I was little and it causes some pretty intense headaches sometimes.

If it absolutely had to be something more surgical, I guess I would go with some lipo around my stomach. less

I'm pretty thin so I would pass on the lipo and tummy tuck. I plan on getting breast implants.

Something with my tummy.
02/26/2012
I'd seriously consider it, trying multiple things to eliminate the love handles, sometimes it feels like it's just not in my genetics to lose t

laser hair removal
02/26/2012
I would have a corrective surgery that I could never afford to do, and my insurance does not cover, but it would help me out and better my life. It's not cosmetic really, it is something with my jaw that many dentist/orthodontist/e tc. have suggested I correct.

I don't know if it counts as cosmetic surgery, but I heard about a treatment for the armpits that makes them stop sweating. I'd love that.
Second choice would be laser hair removal on the armpits and outer labia.
My B-cup boobs are perfectly fine. Maybe they sag a little, but nothing a good bra can't fix.

The first two here are my second and third. First would be a neck lift.

First would be a breast reduction but I've already had that lol.

I would get my inner thighs re-shaped. Even when I was a size 8 my inner thighs wore out my pants much much faster than any other part of my pants. I have to buy new pants every 3-6 months.

If it was YOU who got this surgical procedure (never going to happen in the real world) offered to them free, what would you have done???
Just a little "over dinner" bet to settle!!! (Remember, this is a FANTASY question...it "ain't ever going to happen in the real world")!!!! * unless you work for a plastic surgeon who offers free "one procedure per year" to his/her staff as some apparently still do! less

I remember reading somewhere that the most commonly performed surgery across both genders is a rhinoplasty. Coincidentally a nose job is exactly what I'd get.
02/26/2012
bigger booobs!
02/26/2012
I would get my stomach done. After a few kids it has much to be desired.

04/13/2012
As much lipo as they'll allow!
