I will eat and enjoy almost every common kind of ice cream. I have started loving vanilla. I had one vegan variety recently that blew my mind. I can't recall which brand it was, though! Green tea, coffee, mint choco chip are some of my other favorites.

Bubblegum ice cream, the kind with the pieces of bubble gum in it. Love that stuff, but I haven't been able to find it in stores in years. Aside from that coffee, green tea, and pumpkin cheesecake.
