I like to walk off my food after a big meal, I will walk about 1/2 mile. It makes me feel less full that way. I take a stroll around the blocks. I wonder how many walk and how far?
I like to take walks after I eat supper. How about you and how far do you walk?

I usually like walking earlier in the day, and not after eating a lot. If I just had a big meal, I generally just feel the need to sit for a while. If I feel the need to exercise at night, I usually do pilates then instead of walking (and I wait a good bit after dinner)

We only take walks after dinner if there's going to be a pretty sunset. We had a beautiful sunset two nights ago! I don't really know how far we usually walk, most of the time it's about an hour's duration.

If I walk after I eat I get ridiculous cramps so I do any exercising or walking either before I eat or a few hours after I've eaten.

I usually walk for about an hour early in the mornings.

I walk/jog once a day, either in the mornings before work or after dinner. I walk at least a mile, but I will walk up to 3 if I have the time.

i love to walk and when i do its usually 5 or 6 miles

eh not a huge cardio fan personally. i get super bored. there are better ways to exercise for me
