So my 2 1/2 year old comes into the room at 5:30 this morning, and I'm like ugg, it's too early. Then I go into other rooms and see the clocks are at 6:30 and then realize it was daylight savings time last night. Our clock in the bedroom is one of those smart clocks that automatically adjusts itself accordingly so I had no clue. I should have realized it, because EF was having a sale for Daylight Savings time, but I wasn't putting two-two together. Oh well, Daylight Savings time doesn't work well for parents b/c toddlers are going to wake up normally regardless.
I forgot about daylight savings time. Did anyone else forget as well?

I forget, but my mom knows I forget and texts me the night before. My son woke up at what is now 7:00am. Ugh...

All the clocks I go by are automatic, so it's all good for me. I'd always forget, otherwise.
11/06/2011
Since the only clocks I own are my laptop and cell phone, they auto-change for me. I saw people mention it on Facebook but promptly forgot since I didn't have to change anything.

i have to a lot walk at night, so I'm acutely aware of when it gets dark.

I'd forgotten about it until I woke up and saw that half of the clocks were a different time than the others. The Fall Daylight Savings is a nice surprise--who doesn't like getting an extra hour in their day. The painful on is losing an hour of sleep in the Spring.

That's not the case with parents of toddlers like myself that don't know about time change. They just wake up to their internal clock like 5:30am in my instance (because he usually wakes up normally at 6-6:30) Gonna hate when he wakes up at 5:00.

I forgot until I saw my computer clock go from 1:59am....to 1am. I got an extra hour of sleep in XD. This will be great when waking up for morning classes, I might actually be awake during the lecture tomorrow and NOT connecting everything she says to Doctor Who.

Nope, I remembered before I went to bed last night and changed most of the clocks that needed to be changed. I, however, remembered and forgot periodically for most of the week.
11/06/2011
I was awake when the clocks changed and I almost always am when DST changes are in play (and can I just say that I think it's a stupid practice and needs to stop?).
11/06/2011
I hate DST. It reminds me that winter is on the way and I'm going to be dealing with Seasonal Affective Disorder. :/
11/06/2011
Changed all the clocks that aren't automatic before we went to bed last night, it's hard not to remember doing that when the news anchors keep reminding you about it.
11/06/2011
I stayed up to watch my clock go from 1:59 to 1:00, it amused me briefly :3
11/06/2011
I forgot about it, then got really confused about how 'it was 1:45 half an hour ago, but now it's 1:15'.
11/06/2011
I couldn't forget. Every other post on facebook was about setting your clocks back. Lol
11/06/2011
I remembered this time, but I've forgotten several times in the past. I once walked into a class late after I forgot one spring, and didn't even realize until my friend next to me started laughing at me.
11/06/2011
yep. a few hrs ago i looked outside & thought it seemed dark a little early. then i was like, hey, isn't the time change soon? i called up my parents &, sure enough, it was last night, lol.
11/06/2011
Didn't forget but I was thankful for the extra hour of sleep.
11/06/2011
I didn't forget, but I changed the clocks the wrong way. Instead of getting an extra hour of sleep, I woke up two hours early.
11/07/2011
We remembered, but we were still late for brunch. Even with an extra hour we can't get our act together.
11/07/2011
We remembered, but my cell phone reset itself 2 hours back for some reason! I had to shut it down and restart, then it had the correct time.

I did not forget at all. I looked forward to it, since I had to wake up at 6 to be at work.

I love my ATOMIC CLOCKS. What's to forget? Automatic, easy, DONE. Cost no more then any other cheapie clocks anymore, so why mess with inaccurate clocks you have to set???

My mom reminded us before we went to bed. I got up and saw that it was 10 o'clock. Futzed in bed for a while, got bummed at how late it was, checked my phone for something else, then realized I got a whole other hour to kill being unproductive and lounging in bed. It was nice
