I have had "cheap" toys arrive dead on a few occassions, or die shortly after I started using them. However, I have tossed out my old Jelly toys and am replacing them with HIGH, HIGH end toys now. However, as I just got about my fifth, $200 range toy, it arrived VERY dead (won't hold charge...or work at all).
I assumed quality and pre ship inspection would be far, FAR higher in these toys then in the $25 toys.
Anyone had experience with quality issues and failures in the high end toys? I'm just learning, but at least EF, as always, seems to be SPOT ON, with customer service in fixing the problem and replacements.(confetti ) . THANK YOU , EF. Your customer service alone will keep me a customer for life!!!!
