I was just recently upgraded to an advanced reviewer now I don't have a grab it or an assignment button anymore, so How do I write reviews now? Please help me out, I have products to review and I don't know how to do it.

Have you gone in and launched/activated the review service yet? You have to do this again after you're upgraded. Try going into your Account Dashboard and click "Review Program". It will show you the information that's required, and once it's entered, it should create the Grab It link.
