Remember those Buddy Checks We Were Encouraging? Here's a prime example of why these are so important!

Bud Stringer, from Moultrie, Georgia shaved his head in an act of solidarity and support for his newly diagnosed wife, Dolly. When he surprised the family with his new 'do, they immediately noticed a large black mark on the top of his skull.

It turned out to be Stage III melanoma and now both husband and wife are in treatment for their respective cancers.

It's really, really important to pay attention to the changes in your body.

I was recently diagnosed with severe to moderate pre-cancerous cells on my back and had quite a large portion of skin and tissue removed. Early detection can save your life and greatly improve your chances of going into remission!
