Okay, I know that it's important to drink lots of water, and I always feel better when I'm getting in at least 64 oz a day. My skin seems softer and more clear, my hair looks healthier and I feel more energetic.
But it's hard to remember that I should be drinking water instead of reaching for another soda. And honestly, water tastes kinda gross after the first 40 oz or so.
So... Any tips and tricks you guys can offer?
What do you do to help get your 64 oz in?

I needed desperately to get water back into my diet, so I started getting water flavoring to make me drink it. When I got ill several years ago, water would upset my stomach and I ended up avoiding it for so long. So I began using Mio -- I've tried several flavors & I have the black cherry energy one right now and love it.
What I do is boil a gallon of water (to get rid of as much of the nasties as possible) and then put it in a pitcher and keep it in the fridge. This also helps me to keep up with how much I'm drinking weekly. I had to boil a whole new pitcher today, so that means I have been going through a gallon & a half every week! Mio is the only thing that helped me get water back into my diet and you wouldn't believe the changes in my skin and everything! I'm working on getting even more into my diet, but I'm also drinking a cup of coffee a day, a Dr. Pepper & a glass of Kefir & by the time the day's over, I often don't want to drink anything else.
Mio can be found at almost any gas station or grocery store. I like that it's not as unhealthy as Kool Aid or something. If you don't want to pay $3 for the little tube it comes in, you could always add drops of lemon to water, if that would do it for you. It's not enough to make me drink water, but it'll do it for some people.
PS. Mio comes in many different flavors. You can always add your own homemade flavoring if you're creative enough. My next goal is to start making distilled water (gets rid of the fluoride & I'm trying to go as fluoride free as humanly possible because it's so extremely dangerous. I've even quit toothpaste and haven't touched the gross shit since early August.)
