So I was wondering how tall everyone here is. I always get made fun of for my height, yes alot of time teasingly but still. I am not even that short!! lol! I am like 5'1 and a half...not that short!
How tall are you?

I get teased for my height all the time. I like being short, it means I can wear heels and not look like an Amazon woman. (Disclaimer: I do not think that all tall women wearing heels look weird, I just think that if I were a tall woman, I would look weird wearing heels).
Being short also lends itself well to being comfortable in smaller places, which is great on long plane or car rides.

I'm 5'1, around 100 lbs. People have teased me since I can recall - water off a duck's back.

I'm barely 5 ft tall. I was 4 11 1/2 before I got pregnant, and I gained a quarter inch with each of the first two kids. Something about my being fairly young and the growth hormone in my blood. I didn't grow in height with my last kid, but I was a lot older than with my first two.

Lol well I was like 4'11 -5'0 til I was 16. I also weighed 100 pounds til I was 16. I was still in kids clothing til I was about 14-15. Ugh I hated that. Now I am about 5'1 and a half and I go between 116-130. I love being short.
I love being short as well. Like Sam (aka Jul!a) said you can fit comfortably into places others can't.
In middle school one person gave me the nickname White Dwarf. But most when talking about my height call me shortshit, shortstuff, shortie. Well that is if they don't call me by my first or last name I mean.

6'4" tall. Didn't know they stacked it that high, did you.

5'6", so average for women. But my partner is 6'6"!! It's an interesting dynamic.

I used to be 5'11", but I had several discs in my back go. Now, I'm shrinking a bit!

5'6", totally average height for women. One guy who's showing interest in me is five feet tall ... this just makes me speechless. I know they make guys shorter than me, but it's disorienting in a romantic aspect. I mean, is he going to have to stand on a box or something to kiss me if we get to that point?
03/11/2011
I'm only 5'3 but that's about average over here.
03/11/2011
About 5'5-6"
03/11/2011
I'm somewhere between 5'10" and 5'11", it seems to vary.
03/11/2011
I was 5'10 but I got a herniated disk in my back and lost an inch
03/12/2011
I'm about 5'7. I love wearing heels so people always think I'm taller though.

5'6". Took me a while to convert from santimeters to inches.

Wow. You're a big guy. You looked tall and lanky, like My Man on your videos, I didn't realize you are almost 2 inches taller than he is.

Have you ever measured yourself (height) first thing in the morning and then again in the evening? My Man can lose up to one and a half inches or more in height. He freaked out one night, because he didn't realize tall people lose height, as their vertebrae compact together during the day. Especially if they are on their feet all day. I re-assured him his vertebrae would go back to normal during the night, and the next morning he jumped out of bed and I had to stand on a chair to measure him and reassure him he wasn't shrinking. (We were measuring the kids on the wall, and he wanted me to measure him. He was almost under 6 feet, and I kept telling him it was because it was the end of the day, spinal compression etc. He had to be reassured that morning.)
Weird.
I'm only 5 feet tall and I don't lose any appreciable height at all. I guess there isn't as much compression with a small body.

5'5"

5'5" but I always wanted just one more inch. Now I get plenty with my heels!

5'7", but technically I'm just shy of it..

I am barely five feet tall.
03/12/2011
I'm 5'2" lol... sometimes it sucks being so short, like when I can't reach the top cupboard or other high places, but most of the time I like being this short haha
03/12/2011
5'7.5" I like my height, although almost all of my friends are around five feet so I can never steal their dresses. What looks conservative on them ends up looking really short and risque on me.
03/12/2011
At 5'8" I am the shortest member of my family. Both may parents are over 6ft and so are both of my older siblings. I like my height. It suits me just fine.
03/12/2011
5'9", I don't think it's THAT tall, but I get called an Amazon a lot :/ Is it because I date a lot short women? It doesn't stop me from wearing heels whenever I want.

I sure have, I lose about 1 1/4" during the day.
