How often do you work out?

I got into fitness a couple years ago, and since then I work out 4-6 times a week on average. I was curious about the rest of you!

That's great, 4-6 times a week! I usually do not work out, but run maybe 4 or 5 times a week, does that count?

Never. I went through a phase were I worked out 6 days of the week, but then one day I just stopped. I'd really like to start again.

Wow!! I am so much too lazy to officially work out. However, in the summer I ride my dirt bike 3-5 days per week. Serious trail and track riding and motocross is the most strenuous sport you can do, with the exception of soccer. Honestly!! You truly do not sit on your butt and ride, unless you want a broken neck, back, torn ACL tendon in your knee, or worst case scenario--dead.

When riding I tone up very fast and get an amazing amount of cardio.

I never work out. I used to have a gym membership and went a few times a week, but it ended up being too expensive. Talked to the boyfriend and he and I are planning on re-joining the same gym. I really miss going. It was fun AND good for me.

Not often. Sometimes I want to go for a run or something but by the time I actually get all dressed and everything I don't want to anymore.
