Usually once a day. Not badly like where I can't find them for hours or anything, but enough that I'm searching for a minute or so.

I almost never lose my keys. I keep them clipped to my purse so I can find them easily, especially when it's cold out and I don't want to be standing in the snow or rain digging through my purse for them. The only time I lose track of them is when I accidentally leave them in my car when I get home from work.
