Do you ever sit there, look at the deepest recesses of your soul and let the thoughts just tumble out as they may? Obviously that is what I have been doing lately, as if you have not guessed from my topics! One of the hardest things to do is to take a good, hard look at yourself, who you are and what you truly believe about yourself. AND be honest about it!!! Not self-deprecating, no feeling sorry, no putting yourself down--just an honest, hard hitting and eye opening look. Good and bad.....

Yes, I do & it's something I try to do often. It is actually really beneficial for me. It can be scary though! lOL. I like to know even the deeper crap about myself though -- it's what helps me to improve myself and to be a better person for the people around me. Wow. That sounded so lame. Lol. But it's true.
I think I'm more sensitive to people's feelings and interact with them better and in a much closer way than before I bothered to really check into the insides of kendra30752. Lol. I just thought I was all these things I wanted to be. Funny, kind, good friend, smart, etc. They sounded good, so I assumed I was those things. I don't think I was NOT those things, but I definitely wasn't the best at them until I dug into my innards. I'm still not the best, but far more of an understanding person who is empathetic and can easily relate to other people & be whatever that particular person needs me to be for them. That is pretty much the big thing this has helped me to be.
