How often do you exercise?

It's winter, and that means it's not as easy to get outside and take a jog or walk the dog. How often do you exercise (and by this I mean you must at least break a sweat, and NO, sex does not count )

I really don't exercise much but I really need too and should do this.

I prefer to exercise in private, but living on the second floor in an apartment building doesn't work out too well for what I want to do. When I get my house, though, I'll be playing DDR almost every day.

I voted I like to eat cause there was no answer that fit me besides that.
I do not go to the gym anymore but use to when I was loosing weight. After spending almost a year there to loose 100 pounds, I'm not in a rush to get back lol

its hard to decide, because i will exercise a lot without breaking a sweat, i hula hoop and do stretches more often then i go to the gym and break a sweat.

I usually exercise about 5-6 times a week. Unfortunately, I've been dealing with some injuries/health issues the last few months that have limited me to only once a week, and even then a limited workout.

I walk/jog 3-4 miles every day in a hilly city, and I have a very active job that requires me to carry heavy equipment around.

I exercise about five to six times a week. It gives me a nice body and a better personality. I don't really get bugged by the cold; I just go to the gym for my cardio and weights.
