We have loads going almost constantly. I don't know how because it is just two of us. However, my husband does not rewear things as much as I do. He also wears at least two shirts every day because he changes after work. Basically, I'm married to Mr. Rogers.

Other - I sort the laundry and wait until there's enough of one kind to make a full load before washing. I prefer to do laundry during the week after work so I don't have to do it on the weekend.

Once a week. One of the unexpected drawbacks of working from home has been a major increase in my share of the household chores. Now, I do the laundry. I like routine, so every Monday is washday, just like my mom used to do!
