Everything I buy is at least low in sat fat and sugar. I also no longer drink soda.

I'd say 80-90% of the time. I'm in the process of cutting all processed foods out of my diet. I've been making foods from scratch using healthy ingredients (read: no oil, white flour, white sugar). I'm also eating a ton of fresh produce.

I've been cooking healthy lately I use mostly all fresh ingredients, some frozen veggies though, they're more convenient.

Around 30% of the time when I'm not cooking for myself. 70% of the time when I'm cooking for myself.

I'd say 80% to 85% of the time. I often go weeks of good, healthy eating, then break down and get some junk food like pizza and ice cream.

I'd say about 50% of the time. 50% very healthy foods and 50% delicious junk. That's what I call a "balanced" diet.
