Would love to work out more, but off to job at 5 am and getting home past 7 pm most nights makes that pretty tough. Getting to gym or walking three nights a week is about all we can fit in. OH..not true. We go to dance lessons every Wed now, that is a GREAT workout for 90 minutes!!!!

That depends on what you define as working out. The easy(ish) stuff: walking 2 miles a day, 5 days a week. Housework stuff that takes some strength (scrubbing, lifting, kneading bread), multiple times a week. Stuff others recognize as working out (Zumba, yoga, and such) 2-3 times a week.

I don't usually work out.
My anxiety runs too high for me to ever go to a gym or jog. @__@ I'd never be able to calm myself down enough, or get the thought that everyone was judging me out of my head.
When I can get the chance, I sometimes hop on the exercise bike at work. It's supposed to be for client use (-works at an inpatient rehab facility-).
And once it cools down, I'll start walking to work and school, since they're both only twenty minute walks from home.
@__@ I guess I'm a passive work-out-er???

Normally I workout everyday, unless injury or illness prevents other wise. For me it is a great stress reliever and it helps me to cope with my anxiety.

I alternate gym & running, but I usually take a rest day or two.

c8 As someone who battles anxiety (mostly social situations related anxiety, but sometimes some agoraphobia kicks up so hard I can't leave my room), I'm interested to see if you would mind expanding a bit on that subject-- How it helps you cope.
