I take one if I'm sick or on vacation, and therefore can't eat well.

Other than that, I only take a vitamin D pill, and the only reason I take that is because my bloodwork last year said I was low in vitamin D.

I don't like to take pills or supplements unless I need them for some reason, and I usually don't assume I "need" them unless my doctor tells me to take them.

I don't take multivitamins, I take my vitamins individually so I won't overdose.
