How many languages are you fluent in?

Contributor: SimpleTeaser SimpleTeaser
I am only fluent in English but, would love to learn a new language one day. I think it's amazing when I hear of people who can speak several languages.

I was raised speaking both ASL and English, since my dad and his side of the family are Deaf. But I am really not fluent in ASL. I need to go take some conversational classes to get back up to speed.

Fluent in English and French...though French is my first language, I'm better in English, though being French is the reason I recently got hired at my job because they needed someone to read French.
I also took three years of Spanish but barely remember anything, unfortunately.

I said one. I speak a few words of Hebrew. I read more than that, but it's still very limited. Was asked to teach Bar Mitzpah Hebrew once. I know a bit more than what is needed for that, but not much more, so I said no.

I can *read* enough to figure things out in Spanish and French, but for speaking and listening, I would only say I am fluent in English.

Just English, but I took Spanish for far too long in school, but my twin sister is fluent in three, and proficient in another - English, Dutch, ASL, and proficient in Spanish.

I obviously know english, lol. I took french for 8 years so I guess I'm fluent although I understand much more than I can speak. I know a bit of Croatian because my family is from there, but I'm not fluent.
