I was a secretary in the military and then on to nursing school. I've been a nurse for 17 years!

Both me and my hubby grew up in lower middle class, blue collar families with parents who pushed all their kids to excel. All the kids in both families when on to be "highly compensated professionals", but in fact, even with scholarships and grants, we ALL had to work like dogs to get through school and then worked like dogs to pay off the loans from grad school (took Mr. and Mrs. Bignuf ten years to pay off our school loans). SO..we kind of had 3 careers each, but they were really "stepping stone" jobs to where we are now. We were always "on the ladder" to getting to where we finally got to. Thus, while we had three different "careers"....they were AIMED at the final one....and built up to it. (It took over 12 years of college and post college training for us BOTH...so we kind of had to keep our "eye on the final prize")

It is Frickin AMAZING!!! I started this after my wreck--found a 1968 Bultaco MK2 for $50--whole bike! I could not get off the couch, so I had hubby unbolt parts and bring them over to me to polish and make pretty--or for carb, take apart and clean and fix. Then we got a Maico 490, then a...yep--you have the picture. We have had a few of our bikes go to Australia after we were done with the restores...

Right now we are working on a CZ 175 Trail bike circa 1973 and a 1960 CZ 250 Enduro. Loving life!!

My primary role has always been as an administrative type person. The little details matter to me, so it was a natural fit. I was an executive assistant for years and now I do this.

I did and I do so, so many things! I've been studying art so I did some art exhibits, I had my own recording studio and composed music, I was manager in a store, I worked as a graphic designer, I was a dancer, I am doing and selling my own beauty products and I am now a newly graduated massage therapist...

I put 1 because I've always been in customer service, but I technically have never had a career.

I had done some form of sales since I was 17. Now I don't work at all. If ever I'm able to work again, it won't be in sales.

Just two for me. Just needed a change and a new outlook in life. Still finding it right now.
