I love children, but I'm so neurotic I think I would be a horrible mother. I'm notorious for having a breakdown over the stupidest things. So, I don't want any for the time being.

None. I'm definitely not cut out for kids, I couldn't find time for them....also, I'm in a kinky relationship. I don't want to explain THAT one. I know some can work around it, but...I rather not.

None for me. I'm too selfish after finding my true sexual side and am not willing to give that up or my sleep!
I love babies and well behaved kids, but it's nice to give them back.
Besides, I'm too old (IMO) now.

Preferably none, but I think I could handle like, one. And in that case I'd prefer to adopt.

People keep telling me I'll get those motherly instincts as I age. I find it really annoying. There are other things I want to do. Just don't want it. I don't like kids and never really have.

I'd be much better at being like, the cool aunt. Problem being I'm an only child, sooo that won't work haha

none, i never saw the appeal. even the whole "perpetuate the human race" argument seems weak. i think it's time for super advanced cats to take over.

As someone planning on dedicating my life and career to demography (population studies), there is absolutely no good logic behind the perpetuate the human race argument at this point in time. Human population growth is exponential and if the current rate of growth continues, the current world population will have doubled by 2050s. There is basically no good reason to do that intentionally for that reason. In fact, having kids for that reason is probably more irresponsible than not.

It takes no skill to have a child. Raising one, however, is an accomplishment. I wish more people would focus on that...

I never quite got why anyone would worry about perpetuating our race anyway. For Pete's sake, at the rate our species is propagating, overpopulation seems like the more serious issue.

I love my nephews, but I don't want any kids of my own. I've got a lot of reasons, general disinterest being the most prominent.

I answered both 1 and 2. I had ideally wanted 2 kids someday, but had one very young. Now that he is almost 9 already, I'm not so sure I want to start all over again. Perhaps if I meet the right guy I may change my mind, but I think I'm done with just the one.
