I'm back in school after some time off to change careers. I just started physics and I'm completely terrified (I'm not a math person at all.) I have a good support system, a tutor, and like to run to work out stress and anxiety but I'm looking for more ways to stay balanced through this. So, what do you do to stay positive and calm when life throws you a curveball?

Take a few minutes to sit, breathe, and focus on the goal I'm working towards and how much it'll mean when I've finally reached it.
