Hot. Milk and sugar or honey. But for herbals/tisanes, straight up. I'm drinking some right now.

Ice cold sweet tea, nothing better except maybe a glass of ice cold water. It's been real hot here.

Both hold and cold...cold has to be sweet with lemon, and hot has to be sweetened with honey lol

Hot or cold, almost always without additions. I'll prepare chai with milk and sugar, and add sugar to moroccan style green tea with mint, but I can't think of any other exceptions.

I enjoy my tea in a big pickle jar, let in the sun to brew. I add sugar and a little bit of honey and lemon.
