I like them a number of ways, boiled, fried, scrambled and omelettes. Deviled eggs are good but a pain to actually make!

Omelette with cheese, green peppers, and black olives.

I also like over-medium...well cooked on the bottom so there's nothing slimy, but I do like a bit of yellow yolk for toast dipping.

I needed an option to pick multiple choices! Basically, I like them done so that they don't really taste eggy!

-over HARD - smash the yolk & cook the whole thing until lightly browned
-hard boiled - only in egg salad or deviled eggs
-omelettes - gotta be lightly browned

But, I have to be very careful about when & how much egg I eat, because I'm allergic to them!

I was torn between deviled and omelette, but I chose deviled because no one else had picked it and I felt bad for the poor deviled eggs
