Red to pink in the inside!!

Bleeding

Nothing like a good medium rare steak. Keeps all of the natural flavor to it.

I prefer medium. Some ruby color is fine, but I don't want it dominating the texture for me.
09/05/2012
Medium. I like it pink and soft, but not bleeding all over the plate.
09/05/2012
I don't eat red meat.
09/05/2012
Well done--I do not want my meat talking back while I eat it, lol!!

Pinkish red inside.

I love a rare steak. It's so juicy and tender. All the flavor leaves a steak as you cook it more and more.

mooing

medium to medium well

Well-done steaks are sad

Medium-rare. I love it. It's still all bloody, then I get to dip my bread in that blood, or my mashed potatoes. It's soooo good.

Medium or Medium rare
09/05/2012
medium rare
09/05/2012
Medium rare. I like it juicy.
09/05/2012
Seared on the outside, rare on the inside.
09/05/2012
Well done
09/05/2012
I like it pink but warm.
09/05/2012
I want mine well...no mooing at me while I'm eating!!
09/05/2012
Well done!
09/05/2012
Medium for me. A less juicy, but bloodless. =]
09/05/2012
Medium rare. I want my steak so close to alive that it's talking. I also make sure to ask the chef if it had a nickname.
09/05/2012
I guess medium, or medium well... Just so long as it's steak, and it isn't gonna give me salmonella, really.
09/05/2012
I used to always get it well done, but my husband introduced me to medium and now I like that.
09/05/2012
Medium well. I don't mind a little bit of pink, but I get a bit squicked when it's still bleeding.
09/05/2012
As they say in Pulp Fiction...Bloody as Hell. Seriously...30-45 seconds on each side and edges, making the outside done and the middle a bit warm and I'm good!
09/05/2012
Medium rare for me.
