Potatoes are my absolute fav food! I actually eat them about every single day. Not the healthiest diet, but I usually have chili cheese fries or regular fries for dinner--fries of some sort! I'd say I eat fries for dinner about 3-6 days a week. Sometimes I'll go all week without them, but that's if I've been super busy or feeling bad. I love all potatoes. Mashed potatoes, tater tots, fries, hashbrows--oh Jesus! I need me some hashbrowns badly! I also love em' fried. Yes sir, I am from the south! Lol. Chopping potatoes and stickin' em in the skillet is probably the most common thing here. Since it's so greasy that way though, I don't hardly eat them. I just go for the somewhat greasy instead. Lol.

Recently I've been going back and forth from Hardee's bacon cheddar fries and Krystal's Chili Cheese fries. Turns out Krystal's are WAY better. Hardee's bacon fries come with the runny cheese and the bacon is ALL FAT! That's why I like the chili cheese fries better--plus you get a whole lot more Either way though, if it's fries, I'm pretty happy.

Depends on my mood really. I usually like plain potatoes as french fries. But I love a big old sweet potato baked in the oven with butter and sugar! YUM!
