How do YOU define pansexuality? :)

I realized that to me it means that whatever/however I see beauty/something attractive in, I can surely categorize it into my own sexual taste, as sexuality is beyond yer bedroom...

This means that for example I see an object, animal, plant too - it doesn't mean that I would like to have an erotic encounter with them if I find them beautiful enough (same goes for people of course), just simply that I don't mind the feeling of admiration for them... (In my opinion sexuality is rather a side of life, embracing a LOT of aspects of it... )

You're not technically a pansexual then. It sounds to me like you're a Trisexual. Which, is the same thing as pan but it extends out to non-animate objects (like those plants and animals).
Pansexual literally means you are attracted to humans regardless of gender (including but not limited to third genders, cross dressers, transsexuals and transgendered).

But, regardless of this statement... claim whatever label you want to claim. It's your life.

For me personally, it equals attraction despite gender, so literally any gender identity and associated body is potentially welcome. I don't really understand why so many people (Like, everyone I know who identifies as pansexual haha.) define it as male and female + transsexuals considering that binary trans* people should just fit under "male and female" too but eh. I think the overlap between bi and pan is really huge.

Well, although I just call people whatever it is they want to identify as, pansexual just simply refers to a man or woman who loves both men and women regardless of age, ethnicity, etc. I also think that it can be optional to include not caring about ones gender identity as a part of being pansexual or you could simply be like me and be pansexual AND skoliosexual.
