How do you cheer yourself up when you are really sad?

I get sad a lot. I do exercise every day and keep myself busy with with anything, reading, playing on the computer, cleaning, anything to stay busy with something and not dwell on it.
Little things seem to help like washing clothes to have something fresh to wear and shaving and smelling good, I figure if I look good maybe I'll feel good too.

When things bring me down, I turn to my husband and my friends (via the computer for friends) for a pick me up, and normally for me, it does the trick!

When I am really down in the dumps, either on my period or just having a bad day my boyfriend get's me Panda Express or some take out and watch Tangled or some other cute animated movie. That usually does the trick.
