I pretty much love ice cream no matter what! I crave it more during the winter than I do during the summer. I'm a strange one!

Ice cream is meant to be enjoyed year round! It might not be the best idea to eat ice cream after coming home from spending hours out in the cold with freezing mittens, but other than that it's still tasty!

Never too cold - that's why there's heaters. It's always toasty inside.

Its never to cold for ice cream, unless the ice cream can stay frozen outside the fridge.

I am not much of an ice cream eater, but I do seem to only eat it when its hot outside.

I don't like ice cream, so I think that it's only really appropriate when it's hot out...Once it drops below 70 or so, you won't see me eating it again til spring time!

If the car doors are frozen shut, it's too cold to go out for ice cream. Or anything for that matter

This.

But the phrase "going out for ice cream" to me indicates going to a place where you have to eat outside and I generally won't do that below 30.

it is never too cold for ice cream. I find it makes you feel warmer if it's cold out.

This, perfectly.

Back when I was in high school, a friend and I grabbed McFlurry's from the drive-thru at McDonalds on a day when school was closed due to snow. Our coats had been wet from shoveling, so we just went out in long-sleeves.

If the snow is piled up past the windows, it's too cold to go out for ice cream.

It's never too cold for ice cream! However, when it's cold outside I like to snuggle up warm inside and eat an ice cream with hot caramel. Mmmm.

If it's freezing out, I don't like GOING OUT for ice cream... much rather get a nice, hot chocolate or a coffee.

Never too cold for ice cream but I won't go OUT for ice cream if it's under, like, 70.

It's never really too cold for ice cream, but if I'm going to have ice cream in the winter time it's definitely going to be in the comfort of my nicely toasty home. Forget about tromping through the snow to get a cone!

I have to disagree. Maybe it is just I am a freeze baby. Plus I live in Ohio right on the lake so it gets cold here. I think it is to cold to get ice cream when it is snowing outside. 30's is getting close to that. I would not go get ice cream.

In Alaska, we are told we consume more ice cream than any other state. Whether it is true or not, I have no idea, but I do know our ice cream shops are open all year and do a decent business (most of our ice cream shops sell coffee too).
