I'm fairly sure that website is set up as a joke. Did you look at the graphs and all? One of them says "lol santorums name" as an option. Pretty sure anyone who would create that website as a real thing wouldn't know the second meaning of the word to think the guy's last name was giggle worthy.
If it's not a joke, there are larger idiots out there than I previously thought.

It almost appears that the article was made as a joke. Like it was made to almost insult people with how stupid humans can be. I'm not sure but thats what I'm thinking.
