Depends on WHEN you ask. I usually enjoy coffee in the morning. Today is COLD and RAINY and I just got a DARK HOT MINT COCOA from Einstein's bagels. Oh....so GOOD.

I prefer light roasted coffee. It helps to increase blood flow and reduce the risk of cancer. Most coffee drinks are made with dark roast beans which decreases the healthy benefits. I brew my coffee in cold water over night and heat it up the next morning. Hot brewed coffee irritates the stomach. Wow I babble....coffee for sure
