No, but I have tried lemon juice and pure honey alone! It works for me because it makes me cough up phlegm! I know it's been a big natural remedy for years, and out here in the South, it's recommended by at least one person if you cough in public. Lol. I always try the natural remedy route, and it's been extremely sufficient in every way, even other illness. Honey is good for a few things, so it certainly wouldn't hurt to try. My partner though, he doesn't ever want to go that route with coughs. He says "it won't work for me!" and goes for the Zicam -- ick. Zicam is what does nothing for me.

Yep, the honey and lemon routine, it's awesome stuff. I guess the ginger would be good for an upset tummy, and I just don't think there is anything that isn't soothing about honey and lemon.

When I have a sore throat I just heat up water, add honey, and stick cloves in a slice of lemon. Let it steep for a few minutes and then drink up! Works wonders
