A few months ago, for the first time. I was taking a shower with my boyfriend, and he surprised me with the hand-held shower head on the massage setting! It was one of the loudest orgasms I have ever had. It was way too much stimulation, but it was still awesome!

Yes. I've used both the shower head and the bathtub facet. The shower head never really provided enough pressure for me, but the bathtub facet was amazing. I used to do it ALL the time before I had a vibrator... it wasn't exactly comfortable, but it was an intense orgasm.
