Do you regret the habit in the first place? Or is life too short? How has the quitting experience been for you and were you successful?
Have you ever tried to quit smoking?

I'm still trying to quit.
I do wish I would never have started.

I've never smoked. Everyone in my family smokes, except me.

I had my Gall Bladder removed 18 months ago and just quit cold turkey, so far so good. I just wish my husband would now, I never realized how bad it smelled and made me smell until I quit.

I have never tried one. My friends and some of my family smokes. And I hate the way they smell, their house smells, and everything the touch smells. Plus the cost it adds to their life.
