I've wanted to play it for the longest time, but only got started recently! I played the computer games before that (also lots of other D&D style games) but the tabletop / pen & paper game is a lot different.

I did back in high school - I was the only girl in a group of teenage guys, we were all dorks and geeks, and it was usually an exercise in one-upping each other with surreal humor (ie: DM's belligerent Fairy Godmother who cursed our homophobic thief to have tiny fairy wings that made him mince when he walked).

The ultimate real-life role-playing happened one evening. We were in one guy's room - I was laying on the bed and reading a source book, and the rest of them were on his computer and looking up porn. It struck me as funny at the time, mainly because of them going off into fantasy instead of trying to see what they could do in reality.
