Other as in none. And I've been tested more than once just to be safe and sure. After all, not even condoms are 100% effective!

I had to be tested and i came back clean.
03/18/2012
No option for never?
03/18/2012
I haven't ever had one, I'm agreeing with Bballard3. :3

It seems as though the only people that don't mind talking about their std's are the people with none. I had a g/c swab once because I though I may have caught something. It came back clean but that was one of the most painful things I have experienced to date. But, I guess I deserved it too.
03/18/2012
none for me too

I have never had one, and I get tested at least yearly.
Right before my boyfriend and I got together though he had trich, which is like crabs little sister. That's actually what put off us meeting because I wouldn't sleep with him while he had it.

BV is not an STD it is a bacterial overgrowth in the vagina and can be caused by many factors only the least of which is seminal fluid changing the PH balance of the vagina. You can have a Bacterial overgrowth and be a complete virgin just as you can have a yeast infection without any sexual contact.

It's odd that I never connected Scabies to STDs...I mean yes sexual contact is one vector of the transmission of the mite but so is living in the same household as an infected person! Learn something new everyday, eh?
While I have had a few instances of Bacterial Vaginosis it has never been a sexual vector that caused the overgrowth...for me it was birth control pills changing my pH balance.

None for me.

Exactly. BV can be caused by a number of things. I once had a yeast infection which was the result of a lube I reacted badly to. I was still having symptoms after i finished treatment so I thought it hadn't gone away. I went back to the doctor and turned out the yeast infection was gone but it had just given way to a BV infection. *sigh* I only use a total natural, organic water-based lube now. Never wanna go through that mess again.

Oh, come on. At least half of you have herpes (simplex). Pretty much everyone and their mother has it (I do, and so does my mother!).
This reminds me of an unfortunate story: I had a cold sore at the same time a friend did. I jokingly asked him for "a high five for the herp!"
He got all shocked and angry: "What do you mean?! I don't have herpes!!1"
I pointed out that he had a cold sore. If you've ever had even just one cold sore, you carry the herpes simplex virus (along with like 60% of the adult population in the US. Active cold sore, active virus.
He insisted that no, no, no, it's just a pimple.
Okay then.
A month later, his girlfriend has her first herpes outbreak--genital herpes, waaaaay less fun than oral herpes. He gave transmitted it from his "just a pimple" to her crotch.
So the moral of the story is that it's always a good idea to ignore STDs.

As someone who has never had a cold sore, I'm not interested in becoming part of that crowd (he said 85%).
So no, pretty much everyone and their mother doesn't have it.
No judgement on those who do, as long as you're open and honest about it with those you come in contact with, BEFORE you come in contact with them.
Hell, I know a girl in my town who has herpes, has never told her husband, nor the men she's cheated on him with due to her embarrassment. It's a huge sore spot for me (no pun intended).
If you've got it, be honest about it.

Chances are you've put that pretty mouth of yours on an infected mouth. And see? You're just fine

Herpes simplex isn't anything to worry about. It won't be transmitted if you don't have an active cold sore (and the vast majority of people get maybe 1 per year, if they have more than one outbreak). Even then, getting it orally is the equivalent of getting a zit once and a while. The big thing is just to avoid anyone with an active sore putting their face in your crotch. Mouth-to-crotch transmission is much less common than mouth-to-mouth, though.
