I just got a new toy, and with glee I opened it. First it was the smell, I made an audible sound of disgust to the chemically smell it had. Knowing I was still going to clean it and probably not use it tonight, I figured I'd put in the batteries to test the power level. Many toys claim they are powerful and this one did as well. I turned it on and was freaked out by a loud screeching siren sound. I think it's broken, at least I seriously hope it's broken if it makes that kind of noise. I mean the power was already seriously weak, but the noise is horrific. I wish I had a camera to show you it. Back it goes, really disappointing.

I've never gotten one that "scared" me. However...I do find the Tex anal plug on this site to be quite intimidating.

Yes, when I was new to toys. I only had a bullet and vibe half the size of the one I was sacred of which was the High Roller. Now that I've used things that one isn't scary to me anymore BUT it's pushing the limit almost. I don't know why but I can't get comfortable with toys girthier than my guy. I try to get things smaller in girth to him so I can relax.

I've never been frightened by a toy. I hate the Sil-A-Gel smell. But, I'm not afraid of it. I don't like loud toys, but I'm not afraid of them, either.

I got a rabbit recently that I was excited about, I KNEW how big it was, but it still surprised me when I received it. But in the end it wasn't as big as it looked, it was just the battery compartment/controller that made it seem so HUGE.

I've never used a rabbit, so I have two still sitting in packages...they just seem rather large!

Never a toy I personally owned but.... Came across some of my parents BDSM stuff as a teenager (hidden in a laundry basket under my clothes). Scared the shit out of me. Any time I see something that was in that basket on edenfantasys I cringe.
