Hey everyone, had my baby, a healthy little boy 2 months ago. He is beautiful and a chunky little boy. However, unfortunately I have also gotten a little chunky too. Any tips on post baby weight loss. I want to lose about 30 pounds, I am 5 foot 7 and 158. I know, it is actually not that bad of a number, but I do not carry it well, I am small boned and I carry all the fat in my butt, hips and legs. It does not look good on me. I eat healthy overall, dont have lots of time to exercise with my two little ones running around but the weight it just not going anywhere.

Congratulations on your beautiful baby boy!
As for the weight, the only thing that really worked for me was switching to a low carb diet and exercising whenever possible. I know you said you don't have much time to exercise but just running around after the little ones can be enough sometimes. I lost about 25 pounds just by switching my diet and doing some light exercising here and there.
Feel free to message me if you'd like any more information or details on it.

Congrats
I've heard something about boys having a negative affect on hormones in the body after carrying them... but idk how that works.
I'd try swimming - if there's an indoor pool in your area sign up and get some water weights - can keep the small one on the side or in a baby floaty thing if they make those and just keep an eye on the younger one while you exercise.
Cardio is the best type of exercise overall and the most effective.

congratulations on the healthy baby. All you can do is eat less calories then you burn in a day. Eat healthy foods and try to burn as many calories as possible.

Congrats on the baby! Here I am, 2 kids in 3 years and Im the same size i was in high school. Secret? Run like you're wanted by the cops lol. I started off jogging but going for a good run 3 times a week really whipped me back into shape.
