I've had a touch of gray since my early twenties and it has continued to grow just a bit with each passing year.

Curious as to what age you started going gray.

My husband started to go gray at 21, but he has really dark hair and it also coincided with a year deployment to Afghanistan.

well, I am 35 and I do not see any gray yet. I am sure it will come some day. Hair color does not mean anything to me. Neither does hair. I dont see myself loosing hair. My dad and grandpa both have full heads of hair. Mine is so short now, that it would not matter much if I was loosing it.

Hereditary hair loss is determined by your mother's side of the family, not your father's.

My husband started going gray in his early 30's. I found *a* gray hair about six months ago and I'm in my early 30's.

I'm 50 and have very few gray hairs. I think I started noticing them in my mid-forties. Women and men tell me that I don't look anywhere near 50. Either it's true or they are being nice, lol.
